Very urgent travel: Visa on Arrival + new visa assistance
For eligible urgent cases, a Visa on Arrival (VOA) option may be available while a new Vietnam eVisa is being arranged. Availability depends on the traveller's flight timing, arrival details and circumstances, and requires confirmation by our team.
The Visa on Arrival support and the new eVisa process are separate parts of this option. Do not assume that a new eVisa has already been approved before your flight. Review the documents, estimated timing and instructions confirmed for your case.
Some assistance options may be available on weekends and holidays depending on your travel dates and current availability. A weekend or Vietnamese public holiday can affect the next time available to help, estimated result and price.
