1. Our service
eVisa Vietnam provides paid assistance relating to Vietnam eVisa matters. Depending on the option selected, this may include assistance preparing a new application, reviewing information supplied by you, or support relating to an existing application that is pending, processing, delayed or not yet approved.
The exact service selected, price, applicant count and timing information shown during the booking process form part of your request.
2. Independent visa support service
eVisa Vietnam is an independent visa support service. We are not a Vietnamese government website, immigration authority, embassy or airline. Government authorities make all decisions about visa approval, refusal, amendment and processing.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and current information. This includes names, passport information, application details, registration codes, email addresses, travel dates and flight times.
- Check that passport and applicant details are correct before submitting them.
- Provide readable and valid documents when requested.
- Tell us promptly if your travel arrangements, flight time or application status changes.
- Monitor the contact details you provide for requests for additional information or updates.
- Confirm airline, entry and travel-document requirements directly with the relevant airline or authority where necessary.
4. Processing times and visa outcomes
Any stated processing time, service window, estimated completion time or urgent-support timeframe is an estimate or service target based on the circumstances known when you submit your request. It is not a guarantee that a government authority will approve or release an eVisa within that period.
Processing can be affected by government systems, public holidays, weekends, requests for additional information, application errors, identity checks, document quality and other factors outside our control.
5. Fees and payment
Service fees are shown before you confirm a paid request. Fees may vary according to the service selected, applicant count, urgency, weekend or public-holiday conditions and other timing factors displayed during the booking flow.
Where government charges, payment-provider charges or other third-party amounts are separately identified, those amounts are distinct from our professional assistance fee.
6. Changes, cancellations and refunds
If you need to change or cancel a request, contact us as soon as possible. Whether a request can be changed, cancelled or refunded depends on the service stage, work already performed, and any terms displayed or confirmed for the specific booking.
If a specific cancellation or refund condition is displayed during checkout, booking confirmation or subsequent service communication, that condition forms part of these Terms for that booking. Amounts already paid to a government authority, payment provider or other third party may not be recoverable from us.
7. Government and third-party services
Government portals, immigration systems, airlines, payment providers and other third-party services operate independently from eVisa Vietnam. We are not responsible for their system availability, policy changes, decisions, delays, outages or acts and omissions.
Links to third-party or government websites are provided for convenience and do not mean those organisations endorse or are affiliated with eVisa Vietnam.
8. Documents and communications
You authorise us to use the information and documents you provide for the purpose of delivering the service requested. You must not submit documents or personal information that you are not authorised to provide.
We may contact you by email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp or other contact method you supplied where reasonably required to administer your request. Our handling of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Service limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, eVisa Vietnam is not responsible for losses caused solely by matters outside our reasonable control, including government visa decisions, government processing delays, airline decisions, missed flights caused by the absence of an approved travel document, inaccurate information supplied by a customer, or third-party system failures.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
